Welcome to CountNowEdge. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our real-time accounting edge technology solutions at CountNowEdge.com. By engaging with our services, digital products, or physical items, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

Our core offerings include live consultation sessions, subscription-based reporting tools, and customized workflow integration delivered in real time. All service fees are due upon booking. Service engagements may be transferred under the conditions outlined in our refund policy.

2. Digital Products

CountNowEdge Info Modules are delivered instantly after purchase. Access credentials are provided via email. Due to the immediate nature of delivery, refund eligibility is limited as detailed in our refund policy.

3. Physical Goods

CountNowEdge branded hardware accessories and documentation kits are shipped to your address. Delivery times vary by location. Return conditions are specified in our refund policy.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Services

If you cancel at least seven (7) days before the scheduled start date, you will receive a full credit to your original payment method within fourteen (14) days of cancellation. Cancellations made fewer than seven (7) days in advance are eligible for a fifty percent (50%) credit toward future services or may be transferred to an alternate date at no additional charge. No refunds in cash are provided for late cancellations or no-shows.

4.2 Digital Products

All access to digital products is final upon delivery. Refunds are not available after access credentials are issued. If you experience material delivery errors, contact our team via Contact Us within three (3) days of purchase. Upon verification, we will provide replacement access or credit toward another digital offering.

4.3 Physical Goods

Unused physical items may be returned within thirty (30) days of delivery in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. Refunds to the original payment method are processed within fourteen (14) days of receipt. Custom or made-to-order items are non-returnable unless defective. For defective items, we will replace or refund in full upon inspection.

5. Transfers

Service bookings may be transferred to another party or date with at least seven (7) days' notice. Transfers requested with less notice are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
